A 6-Month Advanced Training for Clinicians Ready to Step Into True Trauma Mastery
By this point in your career, you've done the work:
And yet, you feel a subtle hunger for something deeper:
"You are no longer a therapist searching for 'more trainings.'
You are a clinician stepping into mastery.
This program meets you there."
The Trauma Therapist Mastery program was created just for that purpose.
This is not a techniques course.
This is not a theory download.
This is not "one more certification."
This is a clinical revolution.
It is rooted in embodied presence, trauma neuroscience, somatic intelligence, and real-time clinical application.
This training program will take you from being knowledgeable to being a skilled therapist who embodies the learning at all levels.
Let’s get real - you don’t need another training just for training sake. This training was created to impact you as a whole person, in your clinical work and in your life as you embody truths about your skills, your intuition and how you listen to your wisdom.

Builds Confidence Inside Out
One private session with Esther. We explore your clinical identity, leadership, and professional edge. Therapists call this "career-shifting."
Surround yourself with clinicians who want to grow, not perform. Share cases, insights, and celebrate breakthroughs with heart and humility.
Lifetime access to psychoeducation tools, somatic exercises, parts work interventions, worksheets, templates, and treatment maps.
Upon completion, receive the Integrative Trauma Treatment Certification. A credential that reflects clinical depth, not checkbox education.
Mastering the clinician's internal state, co-regulation, and the neurobiology of safety.
Tracking the body's narrative, identifying subtle survival patterns, and using somatic cues for case conceptualization.
Advanced work with structural dissociation, protective parts, and integrating IFS principles into trauma processing.
Developing clear, grounded treatment plans and pacing trauma processing to avoid overwhelm and ensure lasting integration.
Strategies for transforming the deep-seated beliefs and emotional blocks that maintain the trauma loop.
Synthesizing all modalities into a cohesive clinical identity and navigating complex ethical dilemmas with confidence.
Comprehensive education on trauma background and treatment modalities.
Personalized therapy consultation sessions to help you apply the knowledge to real-life cases.
An open community to support you throughout the learning and implementation process.

It started as internal training and has since grown into a nationally recognized Trauma Training program [with CEUs] that has served over 200 clinicians globally and continues to expand.
For over 15 years, I’ve held space for clinicians and clients through the darkest depths of trauma, grief, healing, and transformation. As a Clinical Director and Trauma Specialist, I’ve supervised hundreds of therapists, guiding them from uncertainty to embodied confidence.
I know what it feels like to sit across from a client with complex trauma and feel like your tools aren't enough. I created this program because I saw too many talented therapists burning out—not from a lack of care, but from a lack of clarity.
If you are ready to deepen your clinical work — and yourself — this program will meet you exactly where you are… and help you rise into who you are becoming.

"I joined this course after hearing a colleague's testimony, and it's been one of the best professional decisions I've made. The organized layout and ability to revisit videos as often as I like make it easy to absorb the material at my own pace."
Melanie Spurgeon
LCSW Private Practice
"I wish I had something like this earlier in my career. My training was great, but there was limited amount of personalized consultation and support. I'm so grateful that Esther has this space to provide both. This is helping me lean into my skills & competence."
Annie Wright, LMFT
Founder, Evergreen
"Esther is not only a highly skilled therapist but also a remarkable educator. Her passion for helping individuals heal and grow is truly inspiring. As a trauma therapist, she possesses an extraordinary level of empathy."
Madi Jackson M.A

"Taking the trauma course was helpful for my daily practice working with high-school students. This course allowed me the opportunity to learn more in depth causes for the outward behaviors often displayed in the classroom."
Elisa Toha
LMSW, IFS & EMDR
"Having a warm, supportive place to process tough cases is essential when you work with trauma. Esther is one of the few consultants I've found who is an expert in multiple trauma modalities."
Debbie Missud
LMHC-D, EMDR, Founder The Manhattan Psychotherapy Co.
"As a clinical supervisor, I realized I didn't have my own space for consultation — so joining Esther's group was a no-brainer. Being connected with other advanced trauma therapists who can provide insights and help me reflect on my own blind spots has been grounding and invaluable. I've felt more confident handling tough cases, especially with the somatic tools I'd been looking to strengthen."
Bruchy Moskovics
LCSW, CCLS, Psychodrama Therapist
"Every clinician has experienced a moment of inspiration and awakening… what Esther has done with this course is extend such moments into modules, collaborative learning, and above all, an opening to a beautiful community of therapists of a whole new caliber. I am proud to have been part of the initial round of training, and continue to be deeply impressed by the evolution of this training. Join the community - there is always room for more"
Caroline Martin
BA, MSc, PG Dip Clin Super, Dublin
"I am thoroughly enjoying the program and consultation group. As a private practitioner who works on my own and not part of a consortium, I missed the invaluable contributions of professional discourse with colleagues (that I enjoyed in my previous role). Furthermore, given my professional focus on trauma, it was important to me to connect with colleagues facing similar complex presentations. This group offers me a space where I can fully bring my clients with the purpose of learning on their behalf."

Group Call Snippet
If that's you — this is your next step.
Instead of that familiar knot of "imposter syndrome" tightening in your stomach before a complex session, you feel grounded curiosity.
You sit down with your client, and instead of second-guessing your interventions, you have a clear, somatic roadmap. You know exactly where you are, and exactly how to guide them safely.
Your clients start having breakthroughs they've been waiting years for. They start telling their friends, "You have to see my therapist, they actually get it."
This isn't just about being a better clinician. It's about finally enjoying the work you were born to do, without the burnout.
From Doubt
to Mastery
The live consultation calls are held bi-weekly on Wednesdays at 12:00 PM EST. The schedule is provided upon enrollment, and all sessions are recorded.
All consultation calls are recorded and uploaded to the member portal within 24 hours. You can submit your case questions in advance, and Esther will address them on the call. You will still receive the full benefit of the consultation and community, even if you can't attend live.
This program is designed for experienced clinicians who have already completed foundational trauma training (e.g., EMDR Basic, IFS Level 1, Sensorimotor). It is focused on advanced integration and mastery, not foundational skills. If you are newly licensed but have extensive prior training, please book a call to discuss suitability.
Yes, upon completion of the program, you will receive 38 CEUs through NASW.
You receive lifetime access to the entire Trauma Resource Library, all module content, and all future updates to the curriculum.
Yes, we offer group enrollment options for clinical teams. Please book a call to discuss custom pricing and cohort scheduling for your practice.
The program is intentionally kept small to ensure a high-touch, personalized experience. Limiting the cohort to 12 allows Esther to provide in-depth, individualized consultation on every case and foster a deep sense of community and trust among members.
The return on investment is measured in three areas: Clinical Certainty (less burnout, more confidence), Client Outcomes (faster, deeper breakthroughs), and Professional Reputation (becoming the go-to expert for complex trauma, leading to higher-value referrals and a more sustainable practice). Please review the "Opportunity Cost of Delay" section for a deeper look at the value.
Your best marketing isn't your website. It isn't Instagram. It isn't Psychology Today. It's your clients having breakthroughs they can't stop talking about.
When you enroll in the Trauma Mastery Program, you’re stepping into a new level of clarity, confidence, and clinical mastery.
Choose the plan that works best for you:
Both options include full access to the program, mentorship, community, resource library, certification, and all bonuses.
While you continue to do good work, a greater potential awaits. Consider the value you're currently leaving on the table:
The chance to generate a powerful, word-of-mouth referral engine driven by clients who achieve life-changing breakthroughs.
The ability to confidently take on complex, high-value cases that are currently being referred out, limiting your practice's growth and impact.
The peace of mind and clinical certainty that protects against the slow drain of uncertainty and fuels a long, fulfilling career.
The opportunity to move beyond being a "good therapist" to becoming the recognized, sought-after expert in your field.
The question isn't "Can I afford this?"
The question is "Can I afford to stay exactly where I am?"
